Added Button Funtionality

In this I have added functionality to the military buttons that were absent in the game jam release version. I'll try to add a timer to show how long the buttons will take but how I coded it does not allow for that so it may remain a little user unfriendly.
I am annoyed however, by the bug that has appeared in this about the attack system which I had thought I didn't need to do anything more to.
